Q: Can I order online?

A: We accept only online orders.

Q: How do I order?

A: All available products are displayed in the online store section of the site. To purchase them, choose the products you want to order from the shop (by clicking on "Add to cart"), and then when you have finished, simply click on the CHECKOUT icon. After this, you need to enter your SHIPPING ADDRESS, complete name, way of shipping. After this, select your method of payment.

Q: How do I calculate the total for my order(s)?

A: The system will automatically calculate your total and how many packages your order will require for discrete shipping. Once you have completed your online order, simply click on the checkout button.

Q: What types of shipping are available?

A: We have available Regular Airmail without tracking and Registered Airmail with tracking. Regular airmail without tracking does NOT require signature. Packages will usually be delivered in about 4 weeks for Regular Airmail without tracking, depends on country where are originating from and postal services.

Registered Airmail with tracking REQUIRES signature, but is a little faster than AIRMAIL and successful than airmail shipping. The postman will try a delivery to your door. If you are not home, he will leave you a note, and you'll need to go to the post office to pick the package up showing the ID, so the name should be real.

Q: How much will I pay for shipping?

A: Every time you update your order and select appropriate shipping, the shipping charges will be recalculated for you automatically.

Q: How do I view my order?

A: You can view your orders by clicking on "My Orders".

Q: What payment options are available?

A: We now accept Zelle, Wire Transfer, Litecoin, Tether USDT (ERC20), Ethereum, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, International Money Transfers, PP. Bitcoin (BTC) is, by far, the most popular and cost-effective method of payment. We do not accept for moment credit cards payment, as you can use your credit card with above-mentioned payment methods to pay for your order.

Q: How do I use International Money Transafer?

A: After you get your total for the order as well as the transfer information, you need to transfer funds. For this you need -First Name and Last Name of Receiver, City and Country. Simply take this information to your local office of the respective money transfer service, or log into their website to do it online. Before doing so, you'll need to click on "SAVE ORDER" to save your order in your account on the shop. (Please note that the order can now only be viewed by you). After funds are transferred, login again into your account and complete your order.

NOTE: You must pay and complete your order within 7 days, otherwise it will be deleted automatically. This is because you when you start the ordering process, you reserve products, and they are held for a week, or until they are shipped or the order cancelled.

Q: Does International Money Transfer require ID?

A: Not always. Usually they only require ID if you are placing an order over 1,000 USD. However, you can always split an order of over 1k USD into smaller money transfers.

Q: What do I do after I have transferred funds?

A: It depends on payment method, if you have used crypto currencies, then our system will automatically confirm your payment after you sent it to our digital wallet, fort other payment methods, here are some tips for each one:

After you sent payment money and get the MTCN (money control number), simply log-in to your account at ETALAZE and click on the "Orders" from Profile menu. All the "senders information" including the MTCN will be on your receipt, so remember to keep it. Now, simply click on Enter Money Collectors, and complete PAYMENT INFORMATION (MTCN and SENDER NAME) then click again on SEND to send the info to our Billing Department.

After you sent payment money and get the MG reference number, simply log-in to your account at ETALAZE and click on the "Orders" from Profile menu. All the "senders information" including the MG reference number will be on your receipt, so remember to keep it. Now, simply click on Enter Money Collectors, and complete PAYMENT INFORMATION (MG reference number and SENDER NAME) then click again on SEND to send the info to our Billing Department.

After you sent payment money and get the transaction ID, simply log-in to your account at ETALAZE and click on the "Orders" from Profile menu. The transaction ID will be on your receipt which was sent to your email, so remember to keep it. Now, simply click on Enter Money Collectors, and complete PAYMENT INFORMATION (transaction ID and exact amount that it was sent) then click again on SEND to send the info to our Billing Department.

After completing the information above, you will be directed to your order, at the bottom of that page, under Payment History, you should the see the details of your provided info, then the process was completed successfully, you should wait for a confirmation of your payment from our Billing Department, usually it takes between 1-4 business days to confirm your payment.

Q: When does Etalaze ship products?

A: Usually, we ship within 3-4 working days after receiving payment.

Q: When will my products arrive?

A: After we ship the products, packages arrive usually in about 3-4 weeks, maybe faster. This is because products are dispatched in several parcels in padded envelopes from several countries. All depends on how mail services are working during this period

Q: Does AIRMAIL SHIPPING require a signature?

A: This type of shipping does NOT require signature.

Q: When are airmail packages typically delivered?

A: Usually airmail packages arrive in about 30 days.

Q: What happens if an order does is seized?

A: We have a resend policy based on a seizure letter, so we will resend 100% (full seized orders), and we can ship to P.O. boxes or home addresses without any problem.

Q: What is "regular mail"?

A: A Regular Mail Shipment is delivered via first-class, priority airmail.

Q: Does registered airmail with tracking require a signature?

A: Yes, Registered airmail with tracking REQUIRES a signature.

Q: Should I use my home address or a P.O. Box?

A: Is better to use home address because PO BOX can get more attention than home address. If you dont have a clean home address you can rent a PERSONAL MAIL BOX (PMB) because address on letter will look like home address or you can rent a PO BOX. UPS PO BOX placed that sign in your place are best.

Q: How big should my P.O. Box be?

A: If you get a large box, you'll be able to collect your packages at night, after hours, when the rest of the P.O. Box Store (MBE, the UPS store, etc…) is closed. This, of course, is the safest way to go about things. Failing that, when you have a box that is too small for the package you ordered, typically the store will call you to alert you to the presence of a package, and then put a claim slip in the box. You can not, therefore, use a small box like that for after-hours pick-ups.

Q: Have people had success using the sending countries mail tracking number for parcels?

A: Yes. Typically, the tracking number is very easy to trace for the customer, through the sending country and into their own.

Q: At what point should I be concerned if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

A: Please allow at least one month from time your packages were sent, before you inquire about a late order.

Q: What is the MINIMUM ORDER amount?

A: There is no minimum order amount.

Q: What happens if my package is seized?

A: We have a very high rate of successful deliveries (95 %+), but there is a possibility of risk with any international shipping that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. However, in the highly unlikely event that if your package is detained by customs, we will reship 100% of the orders, upon presentation of the original seizure letter in the original envelope it came in. Please contact us for changes or amendments to this policy, if you are concerned further.

Q: What happens in the case of items damaged in transit/shipping? (or other shipping related issues)

A: If you find damaged items or different or less items that you ordered please take some pictures with your camera and send them along via e-mail in jpegformat. We replace only packages that look real before you opened and removing from original package. Once you have unwrapped everything pictures aren't going to be considered, so please provide as much documentation as possible to insure we can reship and prevent the same problems from arising again.

Q: I placed an order then received an email with my order number, but I had to change email addresses so I lost my order number and I was wondering if there was a way I could get my order number sent to my updated email address?

A: Simply send an e-mail to Etalaze and mention your old email address as well user name from Etalaze. You will receive the info about your order.

Q: I don't receive any reply to my emails?

A: You should only expect a reply by email if you contacted us regarding: YOUR ORDER STATUS LIKE: ETA, TRACKINGS or SENDING CONFIRMATION, etc…

Before resending your email (if you did not receive a reply) please wait 48 hours. Typically we reply faster but because of tons of unrelated emails we sometimes take a lot of time to get to your email.

There are few EMAIL ISSUES:

AOL Users: Our emails will not reach AOL accounts BUT we receive your emails. Please get a new email account and contact us mentioning your order number or your AOL account to know who you are.

YAHOO and HOTMAIL Users: Some of our replies will go into your SPAM FOLDER. Please check SPAM FOLDER and mark our email with "THIS IS NOT SPAM". This will fix the problem permanently. This could happen to other email providers so please check your SPAM folder if you dont get our replies.
